On Sunday 10/11/2024 at SVERA Studio Berlin, we invite you to dive deep into your body, mind, and spirit with a powerful blend of practices designed to reset and recharge.

Our day together will flow through an extended morning yoga practice, sound experiences and psychedelic breath®, all held within a supportive, nurturing space. We’ll explore the beauty of slowing down and releasing what no longer serves us, creating space for new intentions as the season shifts.

Between sessions, you’ll enjoy a nourishing brunch by FRUCHT KITCHEN, and we’ll close the day with an immersive sound bath to leave you feeling fully reset and aligned.

This retreat is an invitation to connect with yourself and others, to reset your whole being, and to step into the colder months with clarity and intention.
